We are excited to welcome you aboard our luxury yacht for an unforgettable experience. 

To ensure everyone's safety and the preservation of our beautiful yacht, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing high heels during your time on board. 

High heels can cause damage to the deck and also pose a safety risk due to the boat's movement.

We recommend comfortable, non-slip footwear to fully enjoy all the amenities and activities we have planned for you.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTAL 

• Identification and Age:
• All renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID that includes their date of birth (ages 18 and older). Photocopies or photos of IDs are not accepted.
• Renters must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Credit Card:
• Renters are required to bring one credit card that matches the renter's ID per reservation.
• Arrival Time:
• Renters must arrive at the location 10 minutes before their reservation time.
• Guest Limit and Weight:
• Two guests are allowed per JetCar, with a total combined weight not exceeding 420 lbs.
• Liability Waiver:
• All participants must complete and sign the liability waiver before starting the ride.

Prohibited Participants

•  Renters cannot participate if they:
• Possess or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Are pregnant or have any existing medical conditions that put themselves or others at risk

Refund Policy

No-Show or Cancellation:

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
• If you cannot make your reservation, you must notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule to the next available slot. No refunds will be issued.

Weather Conditions:

• Due to weather conditions, we may issue a refund or reschedule on the day of your reservation.

Damages

• We reserve the right to charge the card used for the reservation payment for any damages to the watercraft that the renter refuses to pay for.

Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in your reservation being canceled without a refund.
